About Us

Why Us?

We are a small local family run business that uses local produce to create delicious food & drinks for you to enjoy.

Monday to Saturday 9:30am to 5:30pm
Sunday 9am to 5pm
Last orders 30 mins before we close

Who We Are


Following our refurbishment we have launched a whole new menu that will change seasonally. We are currently preparing our summer menu.


Our manager Kelly has been with us for 11 years and has nearly 15 years experience in catering. Kelly has been a finalist at the Wirral tourism award 3 times and has her NVQ level 3 in front of house management. Kelly is currently running our event and kitchen team.


Our assistant manager Jo has been with us for a year now and has a varied background in catering doing everything from silver service events to bar work. Jo currently oversees the weekend staff.


We have just been joined by Karl who has over 5 years experience in the catering industry and has joined us from a busy restaurant.


If visiting us during the week you may have noticed we have a number of students on work placement from local colleges who will be with us for the next few months.

 

With a fantastic team behind us we have created a truly exciting and delicious new menu for Lattetude and are dedicated to ensuring you have a fantastic time when you visit.


ABOUT OUR SUPPLIERS -


Wherever possible we use local suppliers.


Our coffee is supplied by local Birkenhead roaster Adams & Russell.

Our meat comes directly from NK Provisions, a local butcher who suppliers directly to the trade.

From the meat supplied we cook and create most of the dishes on the main menu on our premises.

Our milk is from Mortons Dairies in Hoylake who also supply us with eggs from CrossLee Farm.

Our bread comes from 2 local bakers including Born & Bread.

Our vegetables come from Colin Lunt.

Our Ice Cream is real dairy ice cream from North Wales.

Our soft drinks and beer is from Halls Of Holywell.

Our bottled beer is from local Wirral brewer Peerless (stocked seasonally)

Our cakes are produced from raw ingrediants on our premisis or by a local lady in Moreton.

We mainly use 2 local suppliers, Chester based Lewis's and North Wales based Harlech, to supply dry goods, ice cream, some ambient & chilled goods and  Bromborough firm Kelher for cleaning products.
