Why Us?

We are a small local family run business that uses local produce to create delicious food & drinks for you to enjoy.

Monday to Saturday 9:30am to 5:30pm
Sunday 9am to 5pm

Who We Are

Owners Fiona & Jasper oversee a fantastic & dedicated team.


UPDATE! Oli is currently on sabbatical and Karl has taken over in his absence. 

Chef Oli has just completed his training at Liverpool Community College and during this time has excelled himself winning at the Welsh International Culinary Championship, was a finalist in the prestigious Nestle Torque D'or competition, being picked to represent the college for a trip to a culinary school in Italy, being a finalist for Outstanding Young Person at the 2013 Wirral tourism awards and is currently competing in the British Culinary Federation competition.



Our assistant manageress Abbie has only recently taken over this position and has just passed her degree in theology but don't let that fool you! Abbie has worked in the catering industry for over 7 years achieving NVQ's in team leadership and management and was a finalist at the 2012 Wirral Tourism Awards.


We have just been joined by Karl who has over 5 years experience in the catering industry and has joined us from a busy restaurant.


Our manager Kelly has been with us for 9 years and has nearly 15 years experience in catering. Kelly has been a finalist at the Wirral tourism award 3 times and has her NVQ level 3 in front of house management. Kelly is currently running our event and outside catering team.

 

With a fantastic team behind them they have created a truly exciting and delicious new menu for Lattetude and are dedicated to ensuring you have a fantastic time when you visit.


ABOUT OUR SUPPLIERS -


Wherever possible we use local suppliers.


Our coffee is supplied by local Birkenhead roaster Adams & Russell.

Our meat comes directly from NK Provisions, a local butcher who suppliers directly to the trade.

From the meat supplied we cook and create most of the dishes on the main menu on our premises.

Our milk is from Mortons Dairies in Hoylake who also supply us with eggs from CrossLee Farm.

Our bread comes from 2 local bakers including Born & Bread.

Our vegetables come from Colin Lunt.

Our Ice Cream is real dairy ice cream from North Wales.

Our soft drinks and draught beer is from Halls Of Holywell.

Our bottled beer is from local Wirral brewer Peerless.

Our cakes are produced from raw ingrediants on our premisis or by a local lady in Moreton.

We mainly use 2 local suppliers, Chester based Nicol Hughes and Welsh based Harlech, to supply dry goods,some ambient & chilled goods and cleaning products.
